Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Achoord handles personal data when you visit our institutional website (achoord.com) or use the automation platform.
We do not collect user information. Achoord does not keep visitor accounts, create profiles, track browsing for identification, or maintain a centralized personal data store for people who access the site or install the software.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Institutional website — public marketing pages at achoord.com;
- Achoord software — automation platform installed on your own infrastructure (self-hosting), outside Achoord’s operational control as a centralized service.
Achoord does not operate a proprietary cloud that receives or stores platform usage data on behalf of end users.
3. Institutional website (achoord.com)
You can browse our website without creating an account or identifying yourself.
We do not:
- Require registration or login to view content;
- Store names, emails, or other personal data in our own database;
- Use cookies or analytics tools to identify visitors;
- Build contact lists, remarketing audiences, or profiles from browsing;
- Sell or share visitors’ personal data.
The site is static and informational. No personal information is collected automatically by Achoord during a visit.
4. Self-hosted platform
Achoord is designed to be installed on a server, VPS, or cloud environment chosen by you or your organization. All data created on the platform — accounts, workflows, dashboards, credentials, files, logs, and integrations — stays on the infrastructure where the instance is installed.
The Achoord project has no remote access to that data.
Whoever installs and administers an instance is responsible for data processing in that environment, including internal policies, backups, security, and compliance with applicable laws.
5. Donations
If you support the project via PIX or Stripe, payment is processed directly by the payment providers. Achoord does not request or store full credit card data on its own servers.
Transaction information handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe) follows those services’ privacy policies.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use tracking, advertising, or visitor-identification cookies on our institutional website. Any strictly technical cookies from the browser or hosting provider are not used by Achoord to collect personal data.
7. Voluntary communication
If you contact us by email (admin@achoord.com), you will share data that you provide voluntarily. That information is used only to reply and is not used for registration, marketing, or ongoing monitoring.
8. Third-party integrations
External links on the site (such as Stripe) may lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies. Achoord does not control or take responsibility for data processing in those environments.
On the self-hosted platform, integrations (WhatsApp, Telegram, HTTP, SMTP, SSH, and others) are configured by the instance administrator. Sending data to external services follows that configuration and is the administrator’s responsibility.
9. Your rights
Even without data collection on our side, you may contact us with questions about this policy or how the software works.
If you are a data subject for data processed on a self-hosted instance, rights under applicable privacy laws must be exercised with the administrator responsible for that instance.
10. Minors
Achoord is not intended for people under 18 and does not intentionally collect data from children or adolescents.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The last revision date appears at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page occasionally for updates.
12. Contact
